After completing his clerkship for the Hon. Joe J. Fisher of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Beaumont Division) in 1988, Adam has been advising insurance companies as to their obligations arising from first party and third party insurance policies and litigating claims arising from related disputes. He has also advised and counseled on preventative measures to minimize employment law related claims including sexual harassment, wrongful termination and workplace privacy.
