As head of Bivona & Cohen, P.C.'s Mass Tort and Insurance Coverage Litigation Unit, Marlene primarily practices in the areas of Toxic Tort and Insurance Coverage Litigation. Marlene represents insurance companies in high profile cases and provides advice and defense coordination strategies to insurance companies and corporations. She has also advised and counseled on preventative measures to minimize employment law related claims including sexual harassment, wrongful termination and workplace privacy.
