Michael has been with Bivona & Cohen since 1988 as a member of the Mass Tort and Insurance Coverage Litigation Unit. He has been advising insurance companies as to their obligations arising from first party and third party insurance policies and litigating claims arising from related disputes. He has also advised and counseled on preventative measures to minimize employment law related claims including sexual harassment, wrongful termination and workplace privacy.
